Asagi was nervous. He knew they'd been redecorating this area on the inside the most and he didn't know what it'd look like. Also he needed to speak to someone, he was thinking of starting a band but would anyone else be interested. Personally he didn't think so but that was his low self esteem kicking in.
Today he was wearing a black vest top, made outta faux fur with matching black armwarmers for once. His hair was long and loose brushed over one side of his face the usual asymetrical highlights present in his dark chocolate brown hair. For once he wasn't wearing his red contacts revealling his chocolate brown eye colour.
On the lower half he was wearing a long black skirt, again with the front pannel for the most part cut out. No thigh strapping this time though as his platform boots were his thigh highs. He watched a few people enter before he himself started to pick up the courage to go in himself. He really wanted to start singing, even if he had to accompany himself on a piano - he was a vocalist by nature not an instrumentalist - didn't mean he couldn't give himself some idea of the notation on a piano - or even better a keyboard if he could get it.

With a bag slung over her shoulder, Charlotte made her way towards the Music and Drama department. She was in the middle of writing a new song and she wanted to test it out and see if everything worked.
Charlotte was quite a musical person... when it came to singing, but composing? That was another matter, Charlotte was okay at it, but it took her a long time to make a song work, so now she was doing just that. Practising what she had and making edits if she had to. Which she knew she would.
Opening the door to the music practise room, Charlotte instantly felt like she was in heaven, there were others here. Playing their own instruments or singing. She was completly surrounded by music.. this was her heaven. Opening her eyes and sighing, she made her way to the gran piano, the only piano in this spercific room. Sitting down at it, she began playing, letting her music dance in her mind

Asagi heard the sound of the piano from the only practise room with a piano in and he couldn't help but to give a light sigh - the hair of his fringe actually moving ever so slightly. A major miracle considering how still that fringe normally stayed when he had it fully set to not move a fraction.
Of course that was just sods law, I mean c'mon the one time he wanted to practise something with a piano he had no piano. It was at times like this he wished he could pick up the guitar. Something he always was envious of. He knew the guitar would suit the peice better, still he couldn't help but to hum the tune to himself.
He daren't start singing the words yet, not yet, they were in Japanese and he knew it would cause him a lot of wierd looks. Still, he needed to get used to them especially if he couldn't find enough members to form a band that understood the Japanese style. He hoped he could though - because in his eyes the japanese style was....awesome. But he was biased - he came from the place afterall - what could one expect?

As Charlotte began to play, she sighed angrily... something was wrong. And for once, Charlotte wished she was alone...either that or some expert would come and point out her mistake. It was starting to frustrate her, why was composing so hard for her? Why was it she could hear the tune in her head, but never put it down on paper?
Angrily closing the piano, Charlotte got up and took her maniscript before ripping it up and throwing it in the bin, it was a broken piece, there was no point in attempting to create this piece on her own, and no one would help her. How could she even think that she belonged here?

Asagi heard the sound of the piano lid closing and jumped almost visably before he knocked on the door, to the practise room, nervously checking his fringe was in place. He may not be the best at playing the piano but.... he could compose for it kinda.
He was admittedly better at working the chords out for guitar - and he preferred playing the keyboard but still. Sometimes you had to compose for that which you didn't particulalry like.
After he had no response for a short while he nervously opened the door poking his head around it "uh... is everything okay?" he asked his voice quiet.
He hoped he wasn't intruding, shifting his weight nervously, the creak of false leather accompanying his movements. He was ready to flinch away. Most people who'd been here for some time would recognise him afterall, the wierdo. The freak. They were all names he was quite used to being called.

Hearing the door open, Charlotte bit her lip and stopped ranting. She didn't want people to see this side of her. The boy had been kind enough to ask if she was okay, and Charlotte felt herself calm down. "Yeah... well... no." She said honestly. "I can't seem to get this stupid thing right" She said annoyance clear in her voice. "It's hard to explain really.... I know what I want to do... I know what I want my tune to be... but, it just won't come out." She said hoping that she didn't sound like a freak... the last thing she needed was a repeat of her earlier life.
